Calculation of atomic partial displacements in HTSC under high energy particle effect

Description
Partial displacement number were calculated for the first time for different subsystems of superconducting YBa2Cu3O7 compound, as applied to various types of irradiation. Calculation was conducted on the basis of obtained partial cascade functions for these compounds. It was established that: approximation of the average atom for YBa2Cu3O7 worked satisfactorily only for metallic subsystems (YBaCu); comparison with available publication data on YBa2Cu3O7 irradiation showed, that radiation stability of these compounds was mainly dictated by initial properties of samples; radiation stability of YBa2Cu3O7 approached the radiation stability of Nb3Sn for samples with sufficiently high critical parameters and narrow superconducting transition
