Description
The ellipsoidal bag model is used to describe heavy quark systems such as Qanti Q, Qanti Qg and Q2anti Q2. Instead of two step model, these states are described by an uniform picture. The potential derived from the ellipsoidal bag for Qanti Q is almost equivalent to the Cornell potential. For a Q2anti Q2 system with large quark pair separation, an improvement of 70 MeV is obtained comparing with the spherical bag. (orig.)
