Fabrication of safety device operation cooling system furnace ruhstrat DTA

Safety device operation cooling system furnace ruhstrat has been fabricated. Safety device operation cooling system furnace ruhstrat consist of : probe, amplifier circuit, switching circuit and switch to operation control furnace. Main components include: transformator 220 / 9-30 Volts, relay dc 30 Volts, power switch 220 Volts current 10 Amperes, resistor (220 Ohm, 100 Ohm, 330 Ohm, 120 Ohm dan 2,2 K Ohm), diode 1N4007, diode 1N1418, Zener diode 6-12 Volts, capacitor (22 μF 50 Volts, 100 μF 50 Volts) LED, transistor C 1815. The components were assembled to printed circuit board and were installed in the chassis which size 40 cm long 30,5 cm wide and 12 cm high that were completed with relay ac voltage 220 Volts current 12 Amperes for return on and return off operation furnace. To get device performance, it has been tested with and without loud (integrated to operation furnace control). Result of testing safety device operation cooling system furnace ruhstrat showed : the device could operate well of medium level 1-5 cm and highest level 1-5 cm in water. The testing with integrated load to operation furnace control could operate well of overage main cooling flowrate liters/minute. (author)
