Description
Fabrication technology of HPGe low energy photon detectors is introduced. The 4 typical detectors have energy resolutions (FWHM) of 183, 178, 165, 162 eV, respectively. The volume of the detectors is φ 16 x 12 mm, φ 13 x 9.7 mm, φ 13 x 9.5 mm, respectively
