At the present time, the most important applied part of high brightness LED may be the full-color outdoor electric sign. But in the future, we can predict the lighting lamp market of using high brightness LED will be driving a good splendid business. The lighting lamp of using high brightness LED already begins to be introduced in many countries centering around U.S.A, because of being excellent in energy efficient, the expected life span of and the confidence of lighting lamp. Presently, Japan is a forerunner among the countries introducing the lighting lamp of high brightness LED with U.S.A.. Since the Nichia company in Japan discovered the blue and green color of LED using the group of InGAN, hight brightness LED has become the best part of hope in a compound semiconductor. The applied part of LED is expanding not only that of existing display but also general lighting too.
