Microcavities sealing in molybdenum monocrystals after deformation and annealing

Description

Using differential method of hydrostatic weighing and structural-sensitive X-ray methods of investigation on monocrystal molybdenum with orientation (110) <110> the study of the change of density and crystal structure after deformation by rolling and high-temperature annealings is carried out. Probable mechanisms of microcavity sealing as well as the role of weakening processes during high-temperature annealings are considered
