Strontium-90 and cesium-137 in vegetables; from April 1978 to February 1979
Description
Spinach and Japanese radish were selected as the representatives for leaf vegetables and for non-starch roots, respectively. After removing soil, the edible part of vegetable sample was dried and carbonized in a stainless steel pan or a porcelain dish. The results ontained from April 1978 to February 1979 were shown in a table. (J.P.N.)
