2003 european barometer of renewable energies

For more than five years now, EurObservER has been collecting data concerning the renewable energy sources of the European Union in order to describe the status and dynamics of these sectors in thematic barometers. The Re Overview Barometer published here is the synthesis of the work carried out and published in 2003. This publication offers a survey of the dynamics of eight renewable energy sectors. As background reference, sector performances are measured in comparison with European Commission White Paper objectives. (author)
