Roentgen micro-tomography
Description
Possibility of tomography application for nondestructive reconstruction of internal structure of objects of millimeter size range is considered. Microtomography apparatus is constructed on the basis of X-ray TV microscope and microcomputer. A number of examples, demonstrating the possibilities of microtomography application for flaw detection and structure analysis of different nature object, is given
