The influence of polytypes distribution on TiInS2 on ferroelectric and optic properties

Description
polytypes of monoclinic TiInS2 with different lattice parameters have been obtained by vacuum and sulfur vapor annealing in p-T diagram. From temperature dependence of dielectric constant in pure Ps it was established that ferroelectric phase transition occurs with single pick of dielectric anomaly at slightly different temperatures. Pure P being unstable after some times turns to mixed ps agin. It is established that Ps distribution geometry in samples causes strong influences on dependence of samples. It is shown that FPT and optical measurements can be used as Ps identification in samples
