Properties of alloys of PbTe-MnTesub(2) system

Description
Phase diagram of the Pb-Mn-Te ternary system PbTe-MnTe2 section is studied using the complex methods of physicochemical analysis. It is established that PbTe-MnTe2 phase diagram is not quosi-binary one, and there is a region of solid solutions on the base of PbTe, which boundary attains 3 mol.% of MnTe2 at 293 K. Specific electric conductivity and thermoelectromotive force factors of (PbTe)sub(1-x)(MnTesub(2))sub(x) alloys, where x <= 0.03, are studied within the wide temperature range
