Description
This work presents the overview of a simple and low-cost PWR power plant simulator which works together with IBM compatible P C computers. It simulates some normal operation functions as well as some emergency conditions that follow a reactor trip. In terms of its simplicity and facility of operation, it can be seen as a good tool to introduce new people in this kind of plant operation. It is also believed to have interesting uses in educational purposes. (author). 6 refs., 6 figs
