Disparity stresses in YBa3Cu3O7-x
Description
On the ground of the results of the ultrasonic measurements of elastic modules in YBa3Cu3O7-x one analyzed disparity stresses and thermoelastic stresses in 1-2-3 HTSC layers grown on various substrates. Disparity stresses are shown to contribute mainly in deformation formation of HTSC layer
