E.A.R. symposium ''Tumours and imaging''

Description
The content of the symposium was focused on tumors of the intestines, breast and lungs. The contribution of radiology for early diagnosis was assessed. All women above the age of 40 should go for regular mammography checkups. Radiation screening is costly but effective and will reveal tumors at a very early stage. The contribution of computerized tomography is also discussed. (M.D.)
