Fuzzy controllers in nuclear accounting
Description
The algorithm of Wang and Mendel has been applied to predict the time series corresponding to random and chaotic systems. From the difference between the predicted and the observed time series, unusual events that are superimposed on the time series can be detected. This technique can be exploited in nuclear safeguards. The theory can be applied to temporal pattern recognition by using a distance function
