Description
The microhardness of amorphous Co-rich (FexCo1-x)75(SizB1-z)25 alloys (x = 0.09-0.0011 y and z = 0.2, 0.4, 0.6) as a function of annealing temperature and chemical composition is reported and discussed. The changes in microhardness with annealing temperature can be explained by a two-stage structural relaxation
