Concerning the problem on the neutrino mass

Description
The possibility of the neutrino mass (mv) determination is analyzed when investigating changes in nuclear decay probability by electron capture from atomic shells (e-capture) with the change of their electron states. It is shown that a high accuracy of mv determination may be obtained for low energies removed by neutrino in e capture. Using the data on e capture of 103Pd, the possible mass of heavy neutrino has been determined
