Titanium and stainless steel etching under conditions of combining etching processes

Description
Presented are the results of studying the scale skimming time and the thickness of the skimmed metal layer for the OT4-1, VT14 titanium alloys and the Kh18N10T steel depending on the content of sodium chloride and nitre in the solution, on the accumulation of titanium and iron ions in the solution, on the temperature during etching in solutions based on sulphuric acid. The scheme of steel and titanium etching under conditions of combining etching in the same unit is proposed on the basis of the dependences obtained
