Piezoelectric ceramic material
Description
For decreasing dielectric permittivity and increasing mechanical Q-factor of pieasoelectric ceramics it is suggested to alloy the known material containing Nb2O5, Na2O and BaO with 1.1-3% Li2O. The suggested region of solid solutions in the Nb2O5-N2O-Li2O-BaO system permits to prepare dense ceramics with low water-absorption, low values of dielectric permittivity (70-80) and high mechanical strength
