Description

New phenomena of possible neutrino nontrivial electric (milli)charge are discussed. Within the method of exact solutions of quantum equation for the neutrino wave function in external magnetic field and matter we obtain the neutrino energy spectrum in case of dense rotating magnetized matter. It is shown that neutrino energy is quantized due to both electromagnetic and weak interactions with the environment. We predict low energy neutrinos capture inside dense rotating matter (neutron stars and accretion disks of black holes). For neutrinos with higher energies a phenomenon of the spatial separation of different types of neutrinos (neutrinos and antineutrinos, and/or different flavor neutrinos, and/or neutrinos with different energies) is also predicted
