Anomalous shift of the muon precession frequency in antimony
- 1. Uppsala Univ. (Sweden)
- 2. European Organization for Nuclear Research, Geneva (Switzerland)
Description
Measurements have been made on a single crystal of Sb. The frequency shift was found to be anisotropic. The linewidth indicated that the muons were in stable interstitial positions at temperatures below 100K. The existence of a local electronic moment at the muon site is considered. (Auth.)
