The influence of He and Ar ions bombardment on sorption properties of thin nickel films

Description

The sorption properties of thin nickel films after the bombardment by He+ and Ar+ ion beams in 1-5 keV energy range were studied. It was shown that the amount of adsorbed helium and neon atoms depends on the energy of the beams and their currents
