Description

There are accelerator simulation source (heavy ion, proton), pulsed laser simulation source and californium-252 simulation source to single-event effects testing on the ground. It describes equivalent of single event effect (SEE)simulation source to use three different simulation source(pulsed laser, heavy ion and californium-252)simulating IDT6116 SRAM SEE sensitivity experiment. The experimental data have been compared for three different simulation source, the results show that the experimental conclusion of single event effect are consistent with. (authors)
