Unusual Pulmonary Artery 99mTc HSA uptake seen by gated blood pool imaging

Description
A 63 years old man with coronary artery disease undergoing routine cardiac gated blood pool scintigraphy using 99mTc HSA was found to have a mobile, intense focus of radiotracer uptake within the main pulmonary artery, which resolved spontaneously within the next hour
