Spin rotation functions of the 500 MeV protons scattered by the 40Ca nuclei

Description
The theoretical analysis of the polarization characteristics in elastic and inelastic scattering of 500 MeV protons by 40Ca nuclei is fulfilled on the basis of the multiple diffraction scattering theory. Spin rotation functions are very sensitive to NN amplitude parameters. In this respect the analysis of these functions is a sourse of valuable information on NN amplitude, especially about its spin-orbit part
