Description
Fission 99Mo prepared by hydro-chlorination sublimation method showed the presence of 131I in excess of premissible levels for its use in medicine. This paper deals with the ion exchange studies carried out on Dowex 1-x 8, Fluka AG, (H+, 100-200 mesh) both in HNO3 and HCl medium for the removal of iodine from molybdenum solution. (author)
