Description
This Annex B contains description of the reactor operation until August 1984. Ita was operated at 2 MW power according to the temporary licence. It contains data concerned with operation of the heavy water purification system, control of the heavy water parameters, operation of the gas system, gamma spectrometry of the heavy water. In addition, it covers the dosimetry and technical radiation protection data, namely dose levels and contamination data in the working environment, individual and collective personnel exposure data, decontamination and radioactive waste treatment. Separate chapter is devoted to possible increase of reactor capabilities, i.e. modification of the experimental facilities for neutron scattering, improvement of radioactive isotope production, and construction of the reactor loop
