Containment as a double barrier has made the knowledge of containment become an important thing to be studied. This assessment was done by literaturally. Each reactor has its specific type and system for keeping the integrity of its containment, especially in severe accident condition. Mainly, there are two factors for keeping the integrity of containment in severe accident condition. The first one is the capability of its containment, where every containment has been designed for any special condition. The second factor is the systems, which always keep the containment technically, operate in safely condition
