Non-supersymmetric Z4 orbifolds and Atkin-Lehner symmetry
Description
A study is made of promisingly chiral Z4 orbifolds with no space-time supersymmetry. The partition functions for these orbifolds are calculated and their symmetry properties under Atkin-Lehner transformations is investigated. A negative result is then reported. (orig.)
