The influence of elementary processes to the dynamic resistance of plasma in the positive column in different pressure interval

Description

Taking into consideration of the elementary processes characteristic for different pressure intervals, it was the testimony of a single length of the impedance of the electrical discharge positive column. Particle balance of three regimes considered: direct ionization-ambipolar diffusion, graded ionization-ambipolar diffusion, graded the amount of ionization recombination. Two regimes of the disappearing of metastable atoms in the graded ionization-ambipolar diffusion condition: the spill with an electronic pulse and are considered separately. The impedance curves for different regimes of qualitatively different from each other
