G4SR Conference: SMR roadmap for New Brunswick
Description
This presentation discusses the development of a small modular reactor by New Brunswick in New Brunswick. Deployment is scheduled for deployment in earl to mid 2030. It outlines collaboration opportunities in renewable energy, peaking systems, hydrogen generation, oil production, electrification, remote heating, cogeneration and desalinisation. This activity is expected to have an economic impact 2020-2060 and create an opportunity to grow a new sector.
