Study of the composition of cosmic ray charged hadron component at 2 km above sea-level
Creators
- 1. Yerevan Physics Institute, Armenia (USSR)
Description
The measurements have been carried out using a magnet-spark spectrometer. The ratio of the number of charged pions to that of protons in cosmic-ray hadron component in the energy range 50 - 450 GeV is obtained to be 1.3 +- 0.2 for single particles, 3.0 +- 0.6 for hadrons with shower accompaniment and 1.53 +- 0.18 for all the events included in the statistics
