Modulation of the earth's electric field by cosmic radiation
Description
Data are analysed showing positive correlations between cosmic radiation and ionospheric potential. These results indicate that the atmosphere is modulated by changes in ionizing radiation and support a proposed mechanism by which solar variability can cause changes in atmospheric electrification.
