On the self-consistent equation for the vortex pair unbinding temperature in 2D superconductors
Description
The seld-consistent equation for the dielectric function on the vortex-antivortex plasma in a 2D superconductor is derived accounting for surface effect. RG procedures for topological order in two dimensions are followed and fixed-point equations for the renormalized unbinding temperature in the high-K limit are discussed in detail
