Description
Complete text of publication follows. On the basis of SNIM-2 spectrometer, JINR, Dubna, is realized remote control system for carry out a structural investigation of single crystals, using 3-circle goniometer, by the method of neutron times of flight. The software provide precise turning of ω, ψ, χ axis of goniometer with an accuracy up to 0.01 deg. The detector may be placed at any angle over a range 0 170 deg. The program for management the experiment carries out the functions by means of interactive regime. The dialogue with the user is realized with the help of hierarchy of the enclosed menu in windows and the user has an opportunity to choose the necessary variant of a command. Inasmuch of the requirements of the experiments on single crystals, a procedure 'Carry Out Reflex' is added. Its include the subroutines of automatic search the reflexes with any/or given 'd' using scattering intensity, with a combination of defining, with given accuracy, their angular position for chosen axes. A various ways of measurement of spectra was provided. To give a more precise in matrix of orientation and the account the angles a program complex AGENDA is used. The technique was certificated at research of single crystals ZrO2-Y2O3 and SrFeO2.8. (author)
