Investigation of the kinetics of extraction and reextraction of uranium nitrate, extraction of nitric acid reextraction of di-n-butylphosphoric acid in the flow mixer in the system aqueous solutions-tri-n-butylphosphate in a diluent

Extraction and reextraction kinetics of uranylnitrate, plutonium (4), thorium, nitric acid in system with tributylphosphate in a diluetent is studied. The study was carried out using facility with fixed interface by mechanical stirring. Nitric acid showed the smallest extraction rate constant. Decrease in uranylnitrate extraction rate by decrease of its initial concentration is noted. Rate constants of reextraction of uranium (6), plutonium (4), thorium, nitric acid is lower as that of extraction. Plutonium (4) reextraction is slowed down in presence of EDTA complex forming agent and especially in case of plutonium (4) and uranylnitrate combined reextraction
