Thermoluminescence studies of γ-irradiated nickel-doped alumina
Description
Results of thermoluminescence (TL) measurements for γ-irradiated nickel-doped alumina single crystals are presented. TL studies have been made in the range 20-450degC for different γ-dosages. Four prominent peaks at 215, 255, 325 and 400degC have been observed. Activation energies corresponding to each glow peak are also calculated. (author)
