Creators
Description
Over the last few years B and W has implemented a Safety and Performance Improvement Programme (SPIP) aimed chiefly at reducing the frequency of trips and complex transients. The programme consisted of three phases; information gathering; integration of results and formulation of recommendations; and implementation of those recommendations. The programme is already meeting with substantial success. (U.K.)
