Description

The OD strategy is discussed in which managers were asked to facilitate a program for the enhancement of management and communication among departments responsible for putting a nuclear power plant on line. The process variables include: increasing site open communication and collaboration in problem solving. The outcome variables included improved organizational performance and productivity. An internal diagnostic survey and criterion referenced objectives were used as performance indicators. A detailed project description is presented in this paper
