Extended operational testing of hardwares for nuclear plants
Description
Standards for failure number reducing and quality assurance of NPP computerized control system hardware are developed. Essentials of the system providing hardware quality are extended operational testings of the first series-produced units jointly the NPP equipment. Adjustment of technical manuals is carried out on the base of test results. As practice showed, the extended operational testing is quite an effective form of NPP hardware quality control
