Description
We studied the magnetic transition of Mn1+δAs1-xSbx after various heat treatments. It was found that quenching from a melted state and subsequent annealing give a sharp magnetic transition in the present system. The peaks of the magnetic entropy change, -ΔSM, in 0-5T have almost the same high value of about 34J/Kkg for 0=<x=<0.3. The origin of large -ΔSM will be discussed from the thermodynamical point of view
