Local parameters in interplanetary and interstellar medium according to data on a cosmic ray anisotropy

Description

Problem of investigation of local parameters on interplanetary and interstellar medium is discussed. Cosmic ray (CR) gradient is defined for the period of August-September, 1977 according to the data on CR anisotropy, solar wind velocity, aid interplanetary magnetic field. Diffusion CR parameters are defined simultaneously on the base of the data on isotropic variations, and under the assumption that these variations in the quiet solar wind reflect spatial CR distribution
