Space charge effects in the JHF proton synchrotrons

Description

In the JHF proton synchrotrons, the beam intensity is one order higher than that of the presently operated machines. Space charge effects in the booster and the main ring are studied. The beam emittance as well as beam loss are estimated using a tracking code. (author)
