Inner precision drift chamber for tracking and triggering
Description
Effectiveness of having inner precision drift chamber in the detector system for the KEK asymmetric B-factory is discussed, focusing on the capabilities of extrapolating tracks in the central drift chamber to the hits in the silicon vertex detector, and fast track triggering to reduce backgrounds. Importance of having z coordinate information is emphasized. (author)
