Description
First there is a brief survey on how to make use of peaceful nuclear explosions and on the present state of technological development. Before their use on an international level materializes, a number of political, technical, legal, and ecological problems have to be solved at least provisionally. The extent to which international organizations can help to find these solutions is examined in detail. (HP/LN)

Es wird zunaechst ein kurzer Ueberblick gegeben ueber die Einsatzmoeglichkeiten und den derzeitigen Stand der technologischen Entwicklung friedlicher Kernsprengungen. Bevor deren Einsatz in internationalem Rahmen Wirklichkeit wird, muessen eine Reihe politischer, technischer, juristischer und oekologischer Probleme, zumindest vorlaeufig, geloest werden. Inwieweit internationale Organisationen zur dieser Loesung beitragen koennen, wird im einzelnen untersucht. (HP)Additional details
