Modification of material properties and synthesis of thin films under intense electron and ion beams irradiation

In the collective monograph of Kazakhstani, Ukrainian and Japanese scientists a several modern and promising trends of high energy density physics and radiation materials testing are considered: (1) intense pulse electron and ion beams action on solid materials; (2) high dose implantation into metals and alloys; (3) formation of dielectrics optical properties at high-current implantation by metals ions.
