Description
Results of calculating the function of electron distribution and kinetic coefficients calculated according to it in spatially inhomogeneous steady-state and non-steady-state fields are analyzed. It is shown that for various space-time electric field distributions, the results obtained within the framework of a two-member approximation agree well with exact solution of Boltzmann equation by the Monte Carlo method within the range of values of Nd≥3.5x1016 cm-2
