Synthesis of [3H-pyroglutamyl1]-adipokinetic hormone-I

Description

L-[3,4-3H(N)]-Glutamine was cyclized to [3H]-pyroglutamic acid and coupled with [des-pGlu1]-AKH-I to give [3H-pyroglutamyl 1]-adipokinetic hormone-I with a specific activity of 46 Ci/mmole. Results relating to stability of this product during storage are reported. (author)
