Electrophilic radioiodine exchange labeling in aqueous solutions

Description
A new mechanism, combined with a new technique of radioiodine exchange labeling is presented. Temperature sensitive, iodine containing organic compounds can be labeled in this way as well as molecules with moderate reactivities. The labeling procedure was optimized with special respect to the required minimal reaction time and temperature. (author)
