Investigation of the specific features at motion of the fast atomic particles beam in the near-surface layer of single crystal using the method of secondary ion-electron emission

Description
The surfaces are studied of the coefficient of the ion-electron emission and a reduced coefficient of the ion-electron emission. The conclusions are drawn on the regularities of the ion beam motion in the near-surface layer of molybdenum. The experimental results are compared with those calculated from the transparency theory modified in the work for the case when the radius of the shadow is smaller than a maximal parameter of collisions leading to ionization
